This is combined with a heat treated cromo 14 mm male axle and oversized precision sealed bearings. All this laced up to a double wall rim makes this a high quality Freecoaster wheel at an unbeatable price. The Freecoaster comes with 3 slack rings installed, and an additional 3 slack rings in the box for adjustments.
